We ship to Canada and United States through Canada Post, USPS and Purolator ,UPS and Canpar
Shipping is a flat rate for Canada and the USA. Larger products require special shipping arrangements. Please call us if you would like to purchase a product that requires a shipping quote. 1-807-468-1226
Canada
Shipments within Canada are packaged and sent Canada Post Expresspost ,Puorolator UPS or Canpar, with insurance coverage of $100 and tracking number. Purolator courier is available at a premium price
Estimated transit time is 7-14 business days.
United States
Shipments to United States currently do not have insurance coverage. The Hardwear Company does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packaging.
Estimated transit time is 10-16 business days.
Taxes & Duty
Purchases made in Canada are subject to the HST or GST rate in your province.
Purchases made in the United States are not subject to Canadian Tax however U.S customs and duties may apply and are not in our control.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can return or exchange the item within 21 days of your purchase delivery date. You (the buyer) are responsible for the return shipping fees. Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged.
All original tags must be attached and accompanied by a valid receipt.
Items not eligible for a return or exchange include:
- Undergarments
- Swimwear
- Hosiery
- Jewellery
Refunds
Once we receive your item(s), a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
- Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
- The Hardwear Company Store Gift Card refunds for products purchased from The Hardwear Company Online Store will be provided via a The Hardwear Company Store Gift Card by Email within 5 business days. If you’d like to receive a The Hardwear Company Store Gift Card by Mail, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your refund. If you are returning an item at a The Hardwear Company Retail Store, you will receive a new The Hardwear Company Store Gift Card.
- Cash payments will be refunded in the form of a check from The Hardwear Company, which will be mailed to your billing address within 15 calendar days of receipt of the returned package.
