ErgoLogic insoles sit underneath your foot, pre-shaped for support and improved comfort when you're putting down the power. Speaking of power, you don't want to waste your efforts on a folding shoe, so Scott equips the shoes with a nylon-injected fiberglass sole that keeps things stiff for excellent power transfer to the pedals. Sticki rubber adheres to the outside of the sole for tacky grip when you have to hop off of your bike to scope out the trail ahead before diving in blindly to a chunky rock garden, with lugs for holding on tight, and the ability to mount spikes up front if you're getting extra-wild on slick days.
